Am I, as a non-turkish citizen, allowed to buy properties in all regions of Turkey?

Foreigers are in general able to buy properties in all regions of Turkey. There are some zones where foreingers are not allowed to buy a property. These zones are in general not very atractive by foreigners. Also foreigners are not allowed to buy any property near a military base.

 

Is Marehla able to negociate for me in case I found myself a property which I would like to buy?

Yes, Marehla is able to negociate and help you even when you found a property yourself. The expences for the negociation are £900. This includes the Tapu-request expenses, the payment for writing the property on the new owners name, notary expenses and the expenses for opening a new water and electric connection. Also Marehla will check for you the following:

• If the TAPU has building permission
  
• If the landnumbers shown on the TAPU are corresponding with the property
  
• If the seller is the actual owner of the property
  
• If the property is free from loans and other debts
  
• If all electric and water bills have been paid
  
• If the property is not situated in a zone where foreigners are not able to buy a property
